I have Windows 8.1 and I just bought my Wacom Intuos Draw tablet (the driver disc says it's version 6.3.12) and while I can use it, there's no pen pressure. When I go to draw, the line thickness does not change like it should. I've been messing around with the settings, but nothing seems to be helping.

It's doing this on MS Paint, GIMP, and Paint Tool SAI -- my only 3 art programs. I've looked around online and I'm not finding a solution I can do.
