Thanks again for comments, I would close this thread but now it's top-row. To celebrate this I make a cup of coffee and I post two custom MatCaps. It is easy to make new realtime materials in ZB3 but it's a lot of testing to make a good material. I share this two with the beta team and now I share this with the community.
They based on the two shaderBall system (like RedWax) Both are presentation shader and not for modeling. For modeling I use mostly the fantastic RedWax. Hope you enjoy it. I spent a lot of time last night trying to make oily clay, and like so many things in ZBrush, MatCap materials are affected not just by their own parameters, but also by the real-time shadow settings, and by the light-shadow settings if doing Best renders.

So I got some nice looking materials, but being the freakish tweaker that I am, spent all night trying to get a MatCap mat to match perfectly to a real photo. With so many parameters interacting with each other, I totally got lost in tweaking and lost the original concept of MatCap, which is to produce a nice-looking material quickly, not reproduce a real-world material exactly. In any case, I am extremely impressed with MatCap and how good materials can look in real-time.
